Peanut butter cookies are a delicious and soothing dessert. But what about keto peanut butter cookies? You may be unsure how to make the keto-friendly delight. Fortunately, this recipe is quite simple, taking only approximately five minutes to prepare. In approximately 30 minutes, you'll go from "I want cookies" to biting into a great batch.

The keto diet adheres to a low-carb food plan, obtaining energy and nutrients instead from protein and fats. Peanut butter is an excellent source of both, and it serves as a delectable basis for these cookies.

This dish is also gluten-free, sugar-free, and low in carbs. So, if you're making a treat for folks with a variety of food allergies or dietary restrictions, this recipe should please almost everyone. Except those who are allergic to peanuts.   Even sugar addicts and those who aren't on the keto diet will enjoy this simple recipe, which combines peanut butter, an egg, and a small amount of salt and sweetness.

These keto peanut butter cookies are extremely easy to make with only four ingredients. This recipe does not need the use of a hand mixer, the measurement of flour, or any other difficult steps. Simply combine a few pantry staples in one bowl and you're ready to go.

INGREDIENTS

1 cup unsalted, unsweetened peanut butter

a single large egg

Swerve Brown sweetener, 1/3 cup (64g)

1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt

HOW TO MAKE KETO PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES

1. Preheat the oven to 350ºF and prepare a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Combine all ingredients in a mixing basin and stir with a wooden spoon until well combined. To separate the dough, use a 1-tablespoon scoop or two spoons. Roll into 1-inch balls and set on baking pans 1 inch apart. Flatten with a fork to make a crisscross pattern.

3. Bake for 9 to 11 minutes, or until the sides are brown but the centers are still slightly soft. Allow 5 minutes on the baking sheet on wire racks before transferring cookies to rack to cool completely. Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container.
