HOW TO MAKE KETO CHEESEBURGER CASSEROLE
1. Heat the oven to 375°F.
2. Heat the oil in a big, shallow pan and add the ground meat. Press the meat into a single layer that covers the entire surface of the pan with a metal pancake turner. Cook for 5 to 7 minutes, or until browned, then flip the meat over and cook for a few minutes more. Spoon out extra liquid with a large spoon until only a small bit remains.
3. To the meat, add onion, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and tomato paste. Cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in the marinara sauce and heavy cream.
4. 1 cup shredded cheese, stirred in, and spooned into a large casserole dish.
5. Top with the remaining cheese and bake for 10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and melted. Serve immediately topped with chives.
