GREEN KETO BLUEBERRY AVOCADO SHAKE RECIPE

HOW TO MAKE GREEN KETO BLUEBERRY AVOCADO SHAKE

1. Blend together the coconut milk, water, spinach, frozen blueberries, avocado, and hemp seeds in a blender. Blend until smooth, covered. 

2.Sweeten with stevia and adjust to taste if necessary. 

3. Pour the mixture into two glasses. 

4. If used, garnish with more hemp seeds and fresh blueberries.
